Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking a Front of House AM Manager in Toledo, OH to lead a busy restaurant team and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You’ll coach staff, uphold safety and quality standards, and drive service excellence while modeling positive teamwork.

In this role you’ll work hands-on with team members, train future leaders, and ensure daily operations run smoothly from early morning through early afternoon with a 5:30am start. Availability is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum availability 5:30am–2pm.
• Previous restaurant or leadership experience is a plus.
