Job summary

Kalamazoo Long Term Care Pharmacy is seeking a Licensed Pharmacy Technician for a full-time role in Houghton Lake, MI. This position supports the PACE program with refills, reconciliations, and collaboration with clinical staff to ensure safe medication use.

Qualifications

• Active pharmacy technician license required.
• Experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting.
• Proficiency in EHR systems and pharmacy software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manage refill requests for participants.
• Perform medication reconciliations with clinical staff.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to monitor medication adherence.
• Receive and organize daily medication deliveries.
• Maintain inventory and storage standards.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
