Job summary

Avari Management is seeking a dedicated PieceWork Housekeeper to maintain clean, organized, and welcoming spaces at the Northern Oregon Coast locations. The role emphasizes attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and high-quality housekeeping across residential and commercial properties.

As a full-time team member reporting to the Area Director, you will perform cleaning, laundry, and restocking tasks, with flexible weekend expectations aligned to business needs and two consecutive

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning experience desirable.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting, bending, standing).

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, hallways, bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas to established standards.
• Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish surfaces to maintain cleanliness and appearance.
• Change linens, launder towels, and replenish supplies as needed.
• Dispose of trash and recycling in a sanitary manner and report issues to supervisor.
• Follow health and safety regulations and maintain confidentiality for residents or guests.
