Job summary

The Turning Point LLC is a daytime-only breakfast, brunch, and lunch restaurant seeking outstanding, enthusiastic team members. We operate over 30 corporate locations in NJ, PA, DE, VA, and FL, with franchised sites expanding; many roles offer training and support paths.

Positions feature daytime shifts, opportunities to transfer between NJ, PA, and DE locations, and discounted meals for you and your family.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift or carry up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and seat them at tables or in waiting areas.
• Assign patrons to tables suitable for their needs and according to rotation.
• Answer the phone and take to-go orders when necessary.
• Keep the host stand neat, tidy, and presentable for guests.
• Wipe and set tables, replace condiments, or other supplies.
• Scrape and stack dirty dishes and carry dishes and other tableware to kitchens for cleaning.
• Running food as needed to both bar and server’s tables.
• Assist the servers with any needs they may have to keep the guests happy.
• Respond to any guest's requests during the shift.
