Job summary

Turning Point Restaurants is seeking enthusiastic hosts/hostesses for daytime shifts at our breakfast, brunch, and lunch locations. We offer employee discounts, flexible scheduling, and paid time off across NJ, PA, and DE.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, seating, answering phones, and maintaining a welcoming host stand. You will work with restaurant teams to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth service throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior restaurant experience is recommended but not required.
• Able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift or carry up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and seat them at tables or in waiting areas.
• Assign patrons to tables suitable for their needs and according to rotation.
• Answer the phone and take to-go orders when necessary.
• Keep the host stand neat, tidy, and presentable for guests.
• Wipe and set tables, replace condiments, or other supplies.
• Scrape and stack dirty dishes and carry dishes and other tableware to kitchens for cleaning.
• Running food as needed to both bar and server’s tables.
• Assist the servers with any needs they may have to keep the guests happy.
• Respond to any guest's requests during the shift.
