Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years general maintenance-related work experience OR completion of a trade school required.
• Must be able to work outdoors in different weather conditions.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 100 lbs.
• May be on-call for emergencies and flexible hours.
• Driver's License and Act 34 clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Care for landscape and grounds.
• Operate lawn care, power washers, snow removal and related equipment.
• Maintain grounds equipment and irrigation systems.
• Perform maintenance in indoor/outdoor gardens and assist with signage, plumbing and lighting repairs.
• Record work orders and submit daily hours; maintain clean, safe work areas.
