Job summary

Sabrina's Cafe in Philadelphia is seeking a General Manager to develop restaurant management and hourly staff, driving sales and profitability while maintaining guest satisfaction and brand integrity. This hands-on role requires leading teams, coaching staff, and sustaining a positive work environment.

The GM will oversee operations, train dining room staff, manage costs, and implement systems that improve service and performance. Daytime hours and attractive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Four years of full-service restaurant management experience plus two years of GM experience.
• Proven ability to control costs while maintaining high cleanliness, sanitation, food and beverage quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching and motivation of teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Kitchen Manager to ensure exceptional culinary execution and adherence to specifications.
• Lead and train dining room staff; coach host, busser and service functions.
• Attract and foster a quality staff and inspire greatness.
• Establish and build community relations.
• Create and implement management systems and routines to enhance operations.
