Job summary

HomeGrown, part of Thrive Restaurant Group, is seeking a Busser to support front‑of‑house operations in Bentonville. You will pre-buss and buss tables, maintain clean dining areas, and assist colleagues across frontline roles. You will be done by 3:30 pm in this daytime setting.

The role requires a positive attitude, good communication, and the ability to move quickly and safely while lifting up to 50 pounds. This is an hourly, full-time position with tip sharing and benefits.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and desire to learn and grow.
• Reading, writing and verbal communication skills required.
• Ability to follow directions exactly as expected.
• Able to work quickly, safely and accurately for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Pre-bussing and bussing tables quickly and efficiently.
• Clear and stock glassware, ice, dishes, etc. as needed.
• Communicate with hosts, servers, bartenders and management to update seating.
• Help with cleaning and sanitation throughout shift.
• Assist with daily and weekly cleaning tasks and maintenance.
