Job summary

HomeGrown is Bentonville’s daytime breakfast/brunch spot, part of Thrive Restaurant Group. This Busser (Front of House) role helps maintain a clean dining room, pre-bussing and bussing tables quickly and efficiently, and supports other front-of-house positions.

The team values kindness, teamwork and personal development. The job offers an hourly position with tip share and aims to finish by 3:30 pm each day, with paid time off and benefits for full-time team members.

Qualifications

• Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Mobility required during the shift.
• Ability to follow directions exactly as expected.
• Reading, writing and verbal communication skills required.
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced dining room.
• Ability to work up to 10 hours per day.
• Ability to transport cases up to 50 pounds.
• Able to respond in emergency situations to avoid imminent danger.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with host/hostesses, servers, bartenders and management to update seating.
• Pre-bussing tables in the dining room when all dirty tables are clean.
• Buss/clean tables inside and on the patio; assist with bar top cleaning.
