HomeGrown in Rogers is a daytime eatery offering a busser position in a friendly, teamwork-driven environment. The role focuses on pre-bussing and bussing to maintain a clean dining room, assist front-of-house staff, stock glassware, and support sanitation throughout shifts that end by 3:30 pm.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing and verbal communication skills required.
• Ability to follow directions exactly as expected.
• Ability to work fast, safe, efficient, and accurately for up to 10 hours per day.
• Attention to detail.
• Mobility required during the entire shift.
• Ability to transport cases up to 50 pounds multiple times per day.
• Ability to carry bus tubs full of dishes and miscellaneous items repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with the host/hostesses, servers, bartenders, and management team to ensure tables are updated in our seating system.
• Pre-bussing tables in the dining room when all dirty tables are clean.
• Bussing/cleaning tables inside the restaurant as well as on the patio, and helping clean the bar top.
• Replace sanitizer in spray bottles and buckets as needed to ensure safety and sanitation.
• Clean, disinfect, and sanitize work areas before, during and after shift.
• Assist with stocking glassware, water bottles, plate ware, silverware, dishes, etc. as needed.
• Complete assigned daily and weekly cleaning projects.
• Complete daily restaurant maintenance program.
