Job summary

HomeGrown in Rogers, AR is seeking a Busser (Front of House Team Member) to help maintain our bright, daytime dining room. This hourly role includes tip share and an early schedule that ends by 3:30 pm, with competitive pay and full-time benefits for eligible staff.

You will collaborate with hosts, servers and bartenders, pre-buss and buss tables, clean and stock glassware, and uphold safety standards. We value kindness, teamwork, and a welcoming guest experience in our breakfast/brunch concept.

Qualifications

• Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow directions and work fast and safely.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Excellent communication with guests and team.
• Flexible to work early daytime shifts.

Responsibilities

• Pre-bussing and bussing tables quickly and efficiently.
• Maintain dining room and clean tables, floors, glassware and stock as needed.
• Stock glassware, ice, dishes and assist with sanitization.
• Communicate with hosts, servers, bartenders and management.
• Complete daily cleaning and maintenance tasks.
