CCS Facility Services is seeking a Day Porter to maintain clean and orderly common areas in office buildings and other facilities. You will perform routine cleaning tasks, monitor entryways, and assist building engineers as needed to keep the premises professional and welcoming.

Responsibilities include spot cleaning lobby doors, vacuuming elevator cabs, reporting lights out, and maintaining overall tidiness throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Spot clean the lobby glass doors.
• Polish chrome on lobby doors.
• Vacuum elevator cabs and wipe cab doors, walls, and tops twice a day.
• Inspect the building exterior and pick up trash.
• Clean ashtrays and sand urns on every floor.
• Empty and clean exterior trash receptacles.
• Check restrooms twice daily.
• Vacuum lobby daily or as needed.
