CCS Facility Services is seeking a Day Porter to maintain common areas of office buildings, apartments, and other facilities in a clean, orderly condition. Responsibilities include cleaning lobbies, restrooms, entrance areas, and exterior spaces, with daily vacuuming and periodic polishing and trash removal.

Candidates should be dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious, able to follow instructions and report any maintenance needs.

Aufgaben

• Spot clean lobby glass doors and polish chrome on lobby doors.
• Vacuum elevator cabs, wipe cab doors, walls and tops daily.
• Inspect exterior, pick up trash, and empty exterior receptacles.
• Check restrooms twice daily and ensure lobby cleanliness.
• Vacuum lobby daily and sweep stairwells and landings as needed.
• Polish elevator cab railings, doors, and main lobby buttons.
• Assist building Engineer daily as directed.
