Get Fresh Produce in Bartlett, IL is hiring a Dispatch Specialist to support the Transportation department and manage day-to-day dispatch activities. The role involves coordinating 70+ local drivers, ensuring accurate paperwork, and maintaining strong communication with drivers and internal teams.

The position is in-person at our Bartlett location with competitive hourly pay and full benefits, including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Must have experience in a fast-paced dispatch/transportation environment.
• Dispatcher is the primary contact for drivers while they are out on routes.
• Legally able to work in the US and pass a pre-hire drug screen.
• Able to speak and write fluently in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for the Transportation department.
• Dispatch drivers from the distribution facility with the necessary equipment.
• Cross-check paperwork to ensure routes are shipped correctly.
• Troubleshoot driver or equipment issues and maintain accurate records.
