Get Fresh Produce, a FreshEdge LLC company, is hiring CDL B Day Reefer Drivers in Bartlett, IL. Our fleet supports 125 refrigerated trucks with on-site maintenance and digital delivery processing.

Compensation includes $70,000-$75,000+ annually with overtime after 40 hours, benefits after 60 days, and a 5-day work week with shift times starting around 2:00am–5:00am (day) or 9:00pm–11:00pm (night). Home daily or nightly and Midwest routing within ~250 miles.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• CDL B preferred; CDL A also considered and discussed for opportunities.
• Prefer 6 months of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Must meet DOT testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver throughout the Midwest within ~250 mile radius of Bartlett, IL.
• Handle hand unloads with up to 75 lbs lift.
• Operate Reefer Box Trucks with both automatic and manual transmissions.
• Maintain safety and compliance; perform pre-trip inspections and follow route schedules.

Get Fresh Produce, A FreshEdge LLC company, is hiring CDL B Day Reefer Drivers Bartlett, IL.

Get Fresh Produce, operates a modern distribution fleet of 125 fully refrigerated trucks, all maintained and fueled on-site. Our drivers are equipped with individual tablets to process deliveries electronically, track their routes and hours of service, and communicate with the team.

We work everyday to drive consistency in the areas most important to our customers: Customer Service, Quality, Food Safety, Reporting, Technology.

Compensation:

• Average Annual Earnings: $70,000 - $75,000+
  • Hourly Base Rate determined based on license type with an average of 40-55 hours per week:
    • CDL B Day Shift: $26.75/hour
• Overtime paid after 40 hours worked

Home Time, Route & Schedule:

• Home Time: Home Daily or Nightly
• Schedule: 5-day Work Week
  • Day Shift: Monday - Saturday
    • Saturday is a full, mandatory work day
    • Off Sunday and one other day during the week
  • Night Shift: Sunday - Friday
    • Off Saturday and one other day during the week
• Shift: Start times may vary but are typically
  • Day Shift: 2:00am - 5:00am start times
  • Night Shift: 9:00pm - 11:00pm start times
• Route: Drivers will drive throughout the Midwest surrounding ~250 mile radius of the Bartlett area
  • Must be flexible with route changes
  • Routes can have 10-20 stops per day or 4-7 per night
• Level of Touch: Touch Freight/hand unload
  • Hand delivery to restaurants using hand-cart/2-wheel dolly, ramps
  • Must be able to lift, push, pull up to 75lbs with no assistance

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have CDL B
  • Drivers with a CDL A license are still encouraged to express interest - our team has opportunities for you that we would love to discuss with you!
• It is preferred drivers have 6-months of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience, though not required
  • New grads are encouraged to apply
• Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
• Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 75lbs
