Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of verifiable work with individuals with developmental disabilities in the last three years.
• Valid driver's license to transport clients as needed.
• Current CPR training.
• Must pass extensive background check and drug screening before employment offer.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to individuals with varying degrees of developmental disabilities, including job supports, self-care, recreation, and community inclusion.
• May be required to transport clients to appointments and accompany them as a job advocate.
• Assist with feeding and hygiene as needed; support client independence and safety.
