Job summary

Brandi's Hope Community Services in Tupelo, MS seeks a Direct Support Professional for night shifts. You will provide daily support to individuals with developmental disabilities, assist with self-care, recreation, and community inclusion.

Requires a high school diploma/GED, a year of relevant experience, a valid driver's license, CPR training, and passing background checks. The role involves night hours (Thu 1am–7am; Thu/Fri/Sat 7pm–7am) with emphasis on compassionate care and safety, and

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of verifiable work experience in the last three years.
• Valid driver’s license to transport clients as needed.
• Current CPR training.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening before employment offer.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to individuals with varying degrees of development/intellectual disabilities.
• Assist with job supports, self-care, recreational activities, and community inclusion.
• May transport clients to appointments as needed or accompany them as a job advocate.
• Assist with feeding and hygiene as required.
• Duties will be discussed with the employer.
