Job summary

Chimes is seeking a dependable custodian to perform cleaning and building services in public and work space areas including executive and command areas. The role supports facility operations and requires attention to contract specifications.

This full-time position offers a day shift from 8:00am to 2:30pm, with duties ranging from restroom sanitation to floor care, trash removal, and general upkeep. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of custodial work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Comply with contract specifications and agency policies.
• Clean restrooms and washable surfaces; descale showers and toilets.
• Vacuum, mop, dust, and wipe surfaces as required.
• Empty trash and maintain orderly spaces.
• Move and lift items as needed; perform emergency cleaning.
