Job summary

Chimes is seeking a custodial staff member to perform cleaning and building services across public and work spaces, including executive areas. The role operates Monday to Friday with a set pay rate of $17.20 per hour, and requires adherence to contract specs, dress code, and safety standards.

Essential duties include cleaning restrooms, floors, surfaces, and public areas; responding to special restoration tasks; and supporting ongoing facility maintenance.

Qualifications

• Six months of custodial work experience preferred.
• Custodial training desired.
• Candidates with disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain public and work spaces per contract specifications.
• Disinfect restrooms and surfaces; descale fixtures as required.
• Move, arrange, and lift items; perform routine cleaning and restoration tasks.
• Attend required meetings and trainings; follow safety procedures.
