SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle janitorial duties and maintain cleanliness across assigned areas. The role requires following a daily schedule, operating cleaning equipment, and reporting hazards.

The position emphasizes teamwork, safety policies, and a professional demeanor while delivering reliable cleaning services. Bilingual candidates are a plus, with no strict education requirements and 3–6 months of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement; 3-6 months training or experience preferred.
• May be required to have a valid driver's license. Forklift certification may be required.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willingness to share with team.
• Knowledge of cleaning compounds and their safe use.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties.
• Follow the daily schedule and perform all listed duties.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Work in a team with other employees.
• Perform repetitive tasks and maintain a clean work area.
• Follow all protocols and company procedures.
• Take direction and respond to supervision.
• Communicate professionally with lead, supervisor, and customers.
• Fill in during staff shortages and support shift lead.
• Use proper personal protective equipment and present a professional appearance.
• Understand customer service and satisfaction; understand reporting systems.
