Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP seeks a Customer Service Representative to support cleanliness and sanitation across assigned areas. You will perform janitorial duties, operate cleaning equipment, and follow the daily schedule while reporting hazards to your supervisor.

Teamwork and professional communication are essential. Qualifications include 3–6 months training or experience preferred; a bilingual ability is a plus, with strong verbal and written communication.

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement, 3-6 months training or experience preferred, or equivalent combo.
• Bilingual skills are a plus and beneficial for communication.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities are expected.
• Able to read and interpret instructions, procedures and manuals.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and safe chemical usage.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties to maintain cleanliness and sanitation.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment as needed.
• Follow daily schedule and team work requirements.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout shifts.
• Present a professional appearance and conduct at all times.
• Communicate professionally with lead, supervisor, coworkers, and customers.
