SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Customer Service Representative to ensure cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas. The role involves performing janitorial duties, operating cleaning equipment, and maintaining a safe, orderly work environment. You will join a team, report hazards, follow safety rules, and communicate professionally with supervisors and colleagues.

No formal education is required, with 3–6 months training or experience preferred. Shifts are Mon-Fri with hourly pay.

Formación

• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe use.

Responsabilidades

• Perform janitorial duties as assigned.
• Follow the daily schedule and perform all duties listed.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Work as part of a team with other employees.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Follow all company procedures and rules.
• Communicate professionally with lead, supervisor, coworkers, managers, and customers.
• Support shift lead in completing punch-list items.
