MercyOne Child Development Center in Dubuque, IA, is seeking a caring and dependable childcare professional for part-time day shifts (10:00am–6:30pm or 11:00am–7:30pm). The center serves children from 6 weeks to 10 years, with a focus on a safe, nurturing environment where kids can learn and thrive.

The role requires a passion for working with children; childcare experience is preferred. Must meet education requirements and complete mandatory training; benefits include PTO and retirement.

Formación

• Passion for working with children; childcare experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; mandatory education/training requirements.
• Must earn State Mandatory hours of continuing education in Early Childhood Education per year.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and care for children, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Create a warm, nurturing environment and engage children in age-appropriate activities.
• Follow the Center's policies and Trinity Health's Code of Conduct; communicate with families as needed.
• Participate in planned activities and assist with daily routines.
