Qualifications

• Must have passion for working with children and childcare experience is strongly preferred.
• Must meet state licensing and ratio requirements for age group served.
• Willing to complete required trainings within specified timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Supervises children and ensures their physical safety.
• Creates an interesting and challenging learning environment.
• Demonstrates caring, respectful attitude toward children and families.
• Assist and carry out planned activities as necessary.
• Discusses problems with peers and parents as they arise.
• Performs other duties as directed.
