As a Carryout/Carts Team Member, your primary role is to assist guests through the in-store check-out process, help carry their purchases to their vehicle, and assist with loading. You'll also oversee the parking areas to make sure carts are readily available for our guests.
This role works under the immediate supervision of a supervisor or manager, following established guidelines to deliver a smooth, friendly experience from checkout to the parking lot. The right candidate plays a fundamental part in helping us meet our guest satisfaction and revenue growth goals.
No high school diploma or equivalent is required, though some experience in a related field is preferred. Candidates should be familiar with commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures for this type of role.
This position works under immediate supervision and follows pre-established guidelines rather than exercising independent judgment. We're looking for someone dependable and guest-focused who is comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and can be available during the day, starting at 8:00 AM, with hours as needed.
