Job summary

The Nothing Bundt Cakes in Mount Prospect, IL is seeking a Froster to produce our signature frosting and support a fast-paced bakery operation.

You will follow NbC frosting recipes, use measuring tools, pastry bags and mixers, and help with pre-orders and display cases while maintaining cleanliness and logs.

No formal education is required; you must be 18+, lift up to 50 pounds, and work well in a team to deliver high-quality, consistent baked goods.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• No formal education required, but experience in bakery or foodservice is a plus.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must follow recipes and maintain health and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Follows NbC frosting recipe and applies frosting with precision.
• Frosts cakes using pastry bags and mixers according to standards.
• Prioritizes pre-orders and serves walk-in guests with accuracy.
• Maintains frosting supplies, packaging, labeling and storage logs.
• Cleans, sanitizes and restocks workstation and equipment for next shift.
• Monitors inventory and notifies management when replenishment is required.
• Ensures product quality and adheres to NbC policies and safety guidelines.
