Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Froster to ensure high-quality cakes by following NbC frosting recipes and safety standards. The role focuses on precise frosting using measuring tools, mixers, and pastry bags, and preparing cakes for walk-in and pre-orders.

You will maintain frosting supplies, clean and sanitize the workstation, log frosting and refrigeration, and assist with packaging and display. 18+ and ability to stand for extended periods are required; prior bakery/food-service experience

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• No formal education required; previous bakery/food service experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follows NbC frosting recipe and application methods with precision to meet productivity goals.
• Utilizes measuring instruments, mixers and pastry bag to frost cakes.
• Prioritizes pre-orders and frosts cakes for walk-in guest orders.
• Maintains frosting supplies and par levels; ensures proper packaging, labeling and storage of frosted cakes.
• Keeps frosting and refrigeration logs and cleans workstation; restocks equipment.
• Complies with health and safety guidelines and NbC policies; maintains attendance.
