Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent; up to one month related experience or training.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
• Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanor.
• Willingness to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math, reading, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fudge products and sell to customers.
• Perform all restaurant functions as assigned per manager or supervisor.
• Follow all food safety guidelines and SOPs.
• Receive and store products according to guidelines.
• Assist in training new associates using checklists and SOPs.
• Ensure cash handling and till accuracy per policies.
• Maintain clean, organized workspaces and areas.
• Provide professional appearance and customer-focused service.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and team duties.
• Perform basic math for transactions and inventory tasks.
