Scheels is seeking a Barista & Food Prep team member for a part-time role (Mon-Fri) in Fargo, ND. The Ginna’s Cafe Associate will provide quality beverages and foods, supervise dining areas, and represent Scheels with a friendly, knowledgeable approach to customers and peers.

Responsibilities include deli/barista/grill work, following safety guidelines, training new staff, and ensuring cash and daily operations run smoothly. A high school education is typically expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform deli, barista, grill, ice cream, bakery and related duties as assigned.

• Receive and store products according to SOPs.
• Assist in training new associates and maintain cash handling accuracy.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and collaborate with team.
