You will oversee both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, drive guest satisfaction, and mentor staff to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Restaurant Manager experience in a fast-paced, high-volume, full-service restaurant.
• Experience leading both front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Strong leadership and staff development skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to guide teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations and ensure an exceptional dining experience for guests.
• Act as primary leader in the absence of the GM.
