Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly with a warm, friendly attitude.
• Manage the waitlist, quote accurate wait times, and communicate seating flow to servers and managers.
• Escort guests to tables and ensure menus, silverware, and seating areas are clean and ready.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand, entryway, and lobby areas.
• Answer phones, take to‑go orders accurately, and assist with curbside pickup when needed.
• Communicate table availability and rotation to support fair and efficient seating.
• Assist with bussing and resetting tables during peak times.
• Provide helpful, positive interactions with guests throughout their visit.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
• Support the front‑of‑house team with any additional tasks needed to keep service running smoothly.
