Job summary

Atlantic Health Strategies is looking for a Group Facilitator in Brookfield, Wisconsin, to lead therapeutic and psychoeducational groups for clients in our new Partial Hospitalization Program.

The ideal candidate will have relevant credentials and experience, and will comfortably facilitate groups of up to 16 clients. This position offers flexible scheduling based on the needs of the program.

The hourly rate ranges from $26.00 to $30.00 depending on credential level.

Qualifications

• Credentialed to provide group counseling under Wisconsin Admin. Code ch. DHS 75 or ch. DHS 35.
• Ability to facilitate groups of 2 to 16 clients.
• Strong understanding of confidentiality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead daytime therapeutic and psychoeducational groups for clients.
• Document group attendance and observations in the EMR.
• Support clients in applying coping and recovery skills during sessions.
