Job summary

Social Recovery Center in Springfield, NJ is seeking a dynamic Group Facilitator to lead Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization (PHP) groups in the evenings. You will facilitate psychoeducational and process groups, support individuals with co-occurring disorders, and maintain a safe, respectful environment that promotes open communication.

This per diem role offers flexible evening hours and opportunities for supervisory growth through ACS/CCS credentials.

Qualifications

• Experience in substance use treatment and mental health settings, with a focus on group facilitation and population-specific care.
• Strong communication skills and professional presence, with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
• Ability to effectively manage and engage group dynamics, promoting a cohesive and supportive group atmosphere.
• Relevant licensure/certification preferred (if applicable), with the potential for supervisory opportunities.
• Experience with clinical supervision and management is a plus (ACS/CCS).
