Qualifications

Working alongside the General Manager, you will lead daily floor operations, direct high-volume service flow, and develop a motivated front-of-house team across our busy breakfast, brunch, and lunch shifts.

What You'll Do (and Love Doing!):

As our Assistant Manager, you'll be the right hand to our General Manager, playing a crucial role in the day-to-day operations and strategic direction of the restaurant. Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintain an active, energetic presence on the floor during peak dining rushes to mentor staff, guide guest flow, and guarantee exceptional dining experiences.
• Assist with labor management, team scheduling, inventory tracking, POS system updates, and shift-level cost controls to ensure target margins are met.
• Lead the onboarding, hands-on training, and daily accountability for front-of-house team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture.
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety, health codes, and facility cleanliness, keeping our dining room and service areas spotless.
• Engage directly with guests, handle guest feedback with warmth and care, and build lasting relationships with our regular patrons.
• Step into full operational leadership of the restaurant during the General Manager's scheduled days off.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Experience: At least 2 years of restaurant leadership experience (Assistant Manager, Floor Supervisor, or Lead) in a high-volume, full-service setting.
• Operational Skills: Direct experience managing POS platforms, tracking inventory, and balancing labor on a shift-by-shift basis.
• Leadership Style: Strong communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to maintain composure during fast-moving peak hours.
• Availability: Flexible to work early morning openings, mid-day rushes, weekends, and peak holiday shifts.
• Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and ready to contribute to eachshift.
