Clean Team in Kentwood, MI is seeking a Daytime Area Manager to oversee commercial cleaning accounts in Kentwood and the Greater Grand Rapids area. This hands-on management role involves leading cleaning teams, site visits, inspecting work, and ensuring standards are met for each account.

You will be organized, dependable, and comfortable working with both employees and customers, with weekend availability as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in management, supervision, or team leadership.
• Commercial cleaning, janitorial, facilities, hospitality, retail, or logistics experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Good organization and time-management skills.
• Ability to solve problems and work without close supervision.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Good driving record.
• Comfortable working in a hands-on role.
• Available for occasional weekend work.
