Clean Team is preparing to launch a new commercial cleaning account in Holland, Michigan, and we are looking for dependable leaders to help make it a success. We have multiple full-time openings for Site Managers, with opportunities available on both day and evening shifts.

As a Site Manager, you will help keep daily operations running smoothly, support employees, and ensure our customer receives reliable, high-quality cleaning services.

Qualifications

• Experience as a supervisor, team lead, or manager.
• Experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services.

Responsibilities

As a Site Manager, you will help keep daily operations running smoothly, support employees, and ensure our customer receives reliable, high-quality cleaning services.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Lead daily cleaning activities and assign work to team members.
• Train new employees on cleaning methods, safety rules, and customer expectations.
• Provide ongoing guidance and support to help employees succeed.
• Inspect work areas and correct issues to maintain high cleaning standards.
• Monitor attendance, labor hours, and team productivity.
• Help coordinate schedules and arrange coverage when needed.
• Maintain an adequate supply of cleaning products, equipment, and materials.
• Ensure staff follow safety procedures, dress codes, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly.
• Address service concerns and respond to customer requests in a professional manner.
• Complete daily reports, inspections, and other required paperwork.
• Follow site procedures for building security and access.
• Report staffing concerns, supply needs, and operational issues to the Operations Manager.
• Build a respectful, productive, and team-focused work environment.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is dependable, communicates well, and can balance hands-on work with team leadership.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, custodial work, housekeeping, or facility maintenance.
• Previous experience as a supervisor, team lead, or manager.
• Strong leadership and employee coaching skills.
• Good communication and customer service abilities.
• A careful eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• The ability to manage competing priorities and solve problems.
• Basic skills with computers, smartphones, and email.
• The ability to track work hours, follow procedures, and complete reports.
• Knowledge of cleaning supplies, chemicals, equipment, and workplace safety.
• Availability to work an assigned day or evening shift.
• The ability to meet required background screening and customer site requirements.
