Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Machine Operator (MR11) - Daylight 4x10's in Middlesex, NC. This role sets up and operates winders and braiders to produce a braid on Teflon hose, primarily handling industrial products.

You will move materials, set up braiders, perform quality checks and maintain equipment, with overtime possible based on business needs. The hourly rate is $21.47 per hour, with the salary guideline subject to experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Must be within 50 miles of Middlesex, NC and able to work on site.

Responsibilities

• Move materials and carriers based on work orders and set up sheets.
• Set up braider: load carriers, feed hose into the braider and secure.
• Maintain ultrasonic cleaner.
• Complete quality checks on braided hose (outer/inner diameter, counts).
• Strip and set up winders; perform routine maintenance on wire winders.
• Proof test samples of finished hose.
• Record data on process travelers and complete computer transactions.
• Follow safety, quality and TPM practices in the assigned area.
