Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Dayforce Manager to lead Dayforce implementations across HR, payroll, time, and related HCM processes. You will gather requirements, design functional solutions, and oversee testing, deployment, and issue resolution to ensure quality, scalable outcomes for clients.

You will manage project teams, mentor practitioners, and coordinate workstreams while partnering with client stakeholders to align priorities and deliver value across complex HCM programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years implementing, supporting, or optimizing Dayforce or similar HCM tech solutions
• 5+ years gathering business requirements into functional design, config, or deployment
• Experience leading project teams or workstreams in HCM tech implementations
• Experience with testing, issue resolution, stakeholder management, and deployment support
• Experience with HR, payroll, time and attendance, benefits, or talent management processes
• Ability to travel ~50% on average
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
