Qualifications

• Experience with HR, payroll, or benefits data structures and processes.
• Experience with SQL, ETL tools, or data transformation scripting.
• Experience with data privacy, security, or compliance in enterprise tech.
• Ability to travel 50% on average.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements, document interface specs, and assist with solution design for Dayforce integration.
• Analyze, map, transform, and validate data for conversion and ongoing interface operations.
• Support development and testing for integrations across HR, payroll, and benefits systems.
• Investigate data issues, perform root cause analysis, coordinate resolutions with teams and clients.
• Assist with project planning, status reporting, documentation, and client training.
