Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR, IS, business, or related field.
• At least 3 years of Dayforce admin or similar experience.
• Experience configuring Dayforce (security, workflows, payroll, time rules, benefits, data imports, GL mapping).
• Experience with APIs, SFTP processes, integrations, imports/exports across ERP/ATS/benefits.
• Strong HR/payroll, data governance, auditing and compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage Dayforce configuration, security roles, workflows, pay rules, and business processes.
• Support HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits, and Talent operations ensuring accuracy and security.
• Maintain access controls, data privacy, and compliance reviews.
• Lead or support Dayforce enhancements, automation, and implementation projects.
• Manage Dayforce releases, testing, deployment support, and documentation.
