Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is hiring a Teacher to inspire young minds in our Ventura center. This role emphasizes safety, nurturing development, and delivering our proprietary curriculum through playful, evidence-based activities that meet licensing standards.

You’ll observe, assess, and plan for children, communicate regularly with families, and create engaging indoor and outdoor activities. The position follows a Monday–Friday schedule and offers compensation based on education and experience,

Qualifications

• Experience in a licensed childcare center or related field.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and center requirements.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to care for every child.
• Observe, assess, and plan for children, and communicate with families effectively.
• Complete training on childcare, preschool, and development topics.

Compensation and Benefits

• Compensation based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options
