Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is seeking an energetic Teacher for our Agoura Hills, CA childcare center to inspire lifelong learning in children. You will join a supportive team and follow state licensing and center guidelines while delivering caring, age-appropriate activities.

The role emphasizes observation, planning, family communication, and participation in ongoing training, with a Monday–Friday schedule and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in a licensed childcare center or related field.
• Able to meet state education requirements and center requirements.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors with children.

Responsibilities

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards for daily care.
• Observe, assess, and plan for children; communicate with families.

Compensation and Benefits

• Compensation based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options
