Job summary

Learning Care Group in Ventura is seeking a Lead Teacher to inspire young learners and mentor fellow teachers. You will create engaging lesson plans, oversee classroom management, and ensure adherence to licensing guidelines and center standards.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options
  • Lead Teacher- $19.56-$20.32
• Health insurance (medical, dental, vision, and FSA) provided for full-time employees, Limited medical offered for part-time workers

• Monday through Friday work week.
