Job summary

Stateline Family YMCA in Beloit, WI is hiring a Daycare Teacher Assistant for a part-time, afternoon shift (12:30-6PM), approx. 25–30 hours per week. You will assist Lead Teachers, help bring lesson plans to life, and support a safe, welcoming environment for children.

You will work closely with families to build partnerships and contribute to a warm space where every child feels seen and valued. The YMCA offers a competitive 403B, vacation/PTO, growth opportunities, and a free YMCA membership.

Daycare Teacher Assistant

Pay Range: $13.00 – $14.50 / hour

Schedule: Part-Time | Afternoon Shift: 12:30-6PM (approx. 25–30 hours/week)
