Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring a Lead Teacher in Virginia Beach, VA to develop engaging learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers. You will promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschoolers while leading classroom management and curriculum implementation.

Build relationships with families to support the center’s success. We value energetic, dependable, and passionate individuals, with the ability to meet state requirements and work indoors or outdoors with children.

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
