Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring Lead Teachers to create engaging learning experiences and mentor fellow Teachers in a welcoming childcare center. You will promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschoolers while ensuring classroom standards and licensing guidelines are followed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and childcare center requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging and developmentally appropriate learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth in the class.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation while ensuring licensing guidelines and company standards are met.
• Build meaningful relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support each child’s achievement and center success.
