Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking a Lead Teacher to create engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers. You will lead classroom activities and ensure curriculum aligns with licensing guidelines while supporting families and the center’s goals.

Qualifications

As a Lead Teacher, you’ll:

• Create! Develop fun,interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care! Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the preschool childreninyour class.
• Call the shots! Take the lead onclassroom managementand curriculum implementation,plusbe an expert on all licensing guidelines and company standards.
