Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring a Lead Teacher to foster a nurturing, educational environment for preschoolers. You will design engaging learning experiences, mentor other Teachers, and ensure alignment with licensing guidelines and center standards.

The role emphasizes safety, inclusion, and active family communication. As a lead, you’ll guide curriculum, manage daily activities, and promote growth in all development areas while maintaining a positive, supportive center culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
