Job summary

Learning Care Group in Boiling Springs, SC is seeking a Lead Teacher who will create engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers to foster a joyful, curious classroom environment.

You will manage daily activities, ensure compliance with licensing guidelines, and build strong relationships with families to support each child's growth. This role offers a stable schedule with no nights or weekends and a comprehensive benefits package.

As a Lead Teacher, you’ll:

• Create! Develop fun,interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
