The Learning Experience in Canton, OH is seeking an Office Assistant to join our team as a part-time Happiness Ambassador. This role supports center operations, engages families, and helps deliver our curriculum with a focus on safety and a positive learning environment for children.

Responsibilities include closing the center with leadership, guiding the teaching team, maintaining compliance, and ensuring a clean, welcoming space.

• Assist the Center leadership team in managing the day-to-day closing operations of the center.
• Provide guidance to the teaching team and ensure that they are delivering high-quality programs and services.
• Cleaning and closing down the building.
• Work in the classroom as needed, ensuring that children are receiving a safe and nurturing learning experience.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines and ensure that the center is in full compliance with all licensing requirements.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with families and ensure that they are informed and engaged in their child’s learning and development.

The schedule for this position will be part-time. Hours are 2:00-6:15/6:30 PM Monday through Friday. There is potential to become full-time.
